Semper Fred Fun Run

Join Miles and Molly, the MCM Mascots, as well as Marines and the Fredericksburg community for the Semper Fred Fun Run, a two mile run/walk for families and fitness enthusiasts for all ages, presented by The Free Lance Star. Beginning at 7:15 a.m. on Sunday, May 18, just minutes after the Marine Corps Historic Half, participants will join on the out-and-back course and are invited to take in the amusement and excitement of race day activities, including the Healthy Lifestyle Expo. Semper Fred starts and finishes near the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center on Carl D. Silver Parkway.

The Semper Fred Fun Run is open to all ages, and strollers are welcome. The race field will be limited to 2,000 participants. Online registration is $12. REGISTER NOW!
