Race Technology

The Historic Half uses a variety of technology for runners and spectators to see splits, results and more! Real time results will be posted on this site shortly after the race concludes.

Timing System
D-Tag PhotoChronoTrack Timing Systems, Inc. will record the results of runners along the 2009 course. The new system, which replaces ChampionChip, will utilize a light-weight disposable timing tag.  The “D-tag” will record a runner’s official time, beginning when a participant crosses the start line and concluding as he or she passes the finish, as well as split times along the course. Learn more about the system and how to properly secure the D-tag to shoes.
